Account privacy

HostSync stores your name, email address, verified mobile number, a password hash, and your workspace assignments to operate your account. Passwords are not stored as readable text.

Verification and sign-in

Email verification is delivered through Resend and phone verification through Twilio. Each provider receives the address or number and message needed to deliver the code. Verification codes expire after ten minutes. HostSync uses a secure session cookie to keep you signed in; signing out invalidates that session.

Workspace access

The administrator grants property-manager access. Managers assign their own owners and cleaners to properties. Registering alone does not grant property access. Account security records include verification status, rate-limit records, and administrative access changes.
